- bar b ranch 4th of july (read: insanely busy)
- 4th of july recovery (i don't think i unpacked or did laundry for at least a week after we got home)
- johnson family reunion in yosemite (40 of us - lots of fun)
- bought a lot and started building a house (it's almost done!)
- gibb family reunion in washington
- orva turned 2 (and got a new strider bike)
- ford developed some seriously hefty thighs (that are very ticklish)
- a million other random things that somehow turn out to be very time consuming and leave me feeling very busy
...hopefully someday I'll go back and document our lives in more detail.

What an amazing summer! When you put it like that, I can't believe you had time to get the pictures. I think you are very smart to post, even though it is the condensed version.

That was a perfect update - I'm glad you didn't wait until you could fill in all the details, because I'm sure this post would never have happened. Very cute pictures - I love the one of Ford's legs! How did he get so chunky? I also love Orva on her strider with heels - she is truly your daughter. I also love the ones of Orva and Ford together, just because she doesn't seem that much bigger than he is. They are a darling pair. And Orva's birthday cupcakes look really good. And so do you - I love your hair.
